(1) People without subcutaneous fat: body builders or those with little to subcutaneous fat should not wear a DGMS sensor because the electrodes are easily broken when the sensor is directly implanted into the muscle.

(2) Oily skin: Few people have skin so oily that an adhesive strip will not stick to it, but there are a few such cases. If adhesive will not stick to your skin, the sensor will result in invalid data. DGMS is not suitable in this kind of situation, so the doctors should confirm a patients’ skin type in advance.

(3)Skin allergies: For patients with skin allergies, adhesive plaster may cause skin pruritus or even inflammation. The sensor should be removed if an allergic reaction occurs.

(4) Patientswith an infectious disease that can be spread through body fluid should use the sensor with caution.
